摘  要:分析蒽醌法生产27. 5%过氧化氢在运行操作过程中后处理工序出现带碱的原因及系统发生变化的现象。从循环工作液质量、萃余液中过氧化氢含量、碱液密度、干燥塔界面及温度控制等多方面采取处理措施,避免后处理工序带碱引起安全事故发生。结合日常生产调控全面剖析引起带碱的原因及预防措施,通过优化工艺操作方法及技术改造,消除安全隐患,降低生产成本,确保装置稳定长周期运行。Causes and treatment measures of alkali production in the post-treatment process of 27. 5% hydrogen peroxide produced by anthraquinone process and the phenomenon of system change were analyzed. In order to avoid the safety accident caused by alkali in the post-treatment process,the treatment measures were taken from the quality of the circulating working fluid,hydrogen peroxide content in the liquid,lye density,drying tower interface and temperature control. Combined with daily production control,the causes and preventive measures of alkali production are analyzed comprehensively,and the hidden dangers are eliminated by optimizing the operation method and technical transformation,and the production cost is reduced to ensure the stable and long-term operation of the device.
