中药莱菔子治疗腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药莱菔子治疗腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2019年12月我院收治的60例腹部手术后出现胃瘫综合征的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用常规治疗加盐酸甲氧氯普胺肌注,研究组患者在对照组的基础上加用中药莱菔子液空肠内滴注。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血浆胃动素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血浆胃泌素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用中药莱菔子的中西医结合治疗能够有效提高腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Semen Raphani in the treatment of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal surgery.Methods From January 2016 to October 2019,sixty patients with postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal surgery in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoclopramide muscle injection on the basis of conventional treatment.On the basis of control group,the study group was treated with Semen Raphani jejunum drip.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum motilin and gastrin in two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Motilin level in the serum of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Gastrin level in the serum of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal surgery can be improved by integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment when adding Semen Raphani.
