赵氏调脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨赵氏调脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月在我院就诊的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组患者给予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊、甲钴胺片、静滴20%甘露醇注射液配合地塞米松注射液、腰椎三维牵引治疗;治疗组患者给予赵氏调脊手法治疗、口服甲钴胺片。两组治疗时间均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1、4周后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),并统计两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果两组患者治疗4周后的VAS评分、ODI均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗1周后的VAS评分、ODI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗4周后的VAS评分、ODI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赵氏调脊手法能够明显减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰腿痛,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量,具有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhao′s chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the treatment group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with oral administration of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules,Mecobalamin Tablets,and intravenous drip of 20%Mannitol Injection combined with Dexamethasone injection and three-dimensional lumbar traction treatment.The treatment group was treated with Zhao′s chiropractic manipulation and oral Mecobalamin Tablets.The treatment time for both groups lasted four weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)before and after 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment were compared,and the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups was counted.Results The VAS score and ODI of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and ODI of the two groups after 1 week of treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhao′s chiropractic manipulation can remarkably reduce lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,improve lumbar spine function and quality of life,and has great clinical application value.
