护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年8月~2018年11月收治的82例血液透析患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(41例)与对照组(41例),观察组采用护理安全管理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组不良事件发生情况、护理质量、护理满意度及心理状态。结果观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组专业技能评分、医疗环境评分、医患关系评分、服务态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室中应用护理安全管理,能减少不良事件的发生,有效提高护理质量及护理满意度,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the influence of nursing safety management on nursing quality of hemodialysis room.Methods A total of 82 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to the random number table method,the observation group accepted nursing safety management,and the control group accepted routine nursing.The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional skills,medical environment,doctor-patient relationship and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in hemodialysis room can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,effectively improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.
