医院急诊医疗信息管理系统的开发及应用对策探讨

摘　　要：急诊医疗中心主要进行多项急救工作,例如急性病、急性创伤等,为进行医疗服务的场所,也是应对临床突发医疗事故的场所。随着通信、网络、计算机技术的不断发展,信息化建设已经成为医院门急诊管理工作规范化、先进性、科学性的标志,加快急诊中心的信息化建设是提高急诊管理及救治水平的当务之急,急诊医疗信息化管理系统逐渐应用,但是由于其范围有限,导致未实现全国医院普及,需要对急诊医疗信息管理系统的应用进行加强。医院急诊医疗信息管理系统具有功能完善、使用方便快捷、人机界面、操作简便等优势,能够提高工作人员的工作效率。本文对医院急诊医疗信息管理系统的开发及应用对策进行探讨。The emergency medical center mainly carries out a number of first-aid work,such as acute disease,acute trauma,etc.It is a place for medical services and also a place for dealing with clinical emergency medical accidents.A pressing matter of the moment is the development of communication,network and computer technology.Information construction is a sign of standardization,advanced and scientific management of hospital outpatient and emergency management.Speeding up the information construction of emergency center is urgent matter for improving the level of emergency management and treatment.The emergency medical information management system is gradually applied,but its limited scope leads to the unpopularity of the hospital all over the country.It is necessary to strengthen the application of the emergency medical information management system.The hospital emergency medical information management system has many advantages,such as perfect function,convenient use,human-machine interface,simple operation,etc.,which can improve the working efficiency of the staff.This paper summarizes the development and application of the emergency medical information management system.
