摘　　要：MRKH综合征在临床中以始基子宫、无阴道为主要表现。患者输卵管及卵巢发育多数正常,能正常保持女性性征,但是在青春期发育后会导致一系列并发症。腹膜阴道成形术采用腹腔镜完成手术,得到较为广泛的接受和应用,其安全性高,恢复较好。该手术特殊的病情、手术体位、手术刺激都给麻醉医师在术中带来了一定的难题,认真准备,做好术前、术中和术后的相关工作对患者的恢复起到了相当重要的作用。The main clinical manifestations of MRKH syndrome are primordial uterus and absence of vagina.Most of the patients′fallopian tubes and ovaries develop normally and can maintain female sexual characteristics,but it will lead to a series of complications after puberty.Peritoneal vaginoplasty has been widely accepted and used with high safety and good recovery.Laparoscopy is usually used to complete the operation.The special condition,posture and stimulation of the operation have brought certain difficulties to the anesthesiologist during the operation.Careful preparation and good preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative work have played an important role in the recovery of patients.
