发展传播视角下县级融媒体建设理念的重构

摘　　要：随着国家政策的推动、各县域的积极探索,中国的县级融媒体中心建设逐渐步入深化阶段,建设理念的模糊不定阻碍了其进一步持续良好的发展.本文立足发展传播学,梳理发展传播理念,从理论依附、历史延续和现实需要三个维度分析认为将发展传播理念引入到县级融媒体中心的建设中是有重要意义的、可行的,提出需要以发展传播的眼光重构其建设理念,并从机构定位、主体认知、内容制作、技术建设和人才培养等五个方面详细探讨了发展传播理念如何与县级融媒体中心的建设过程相结合.With the promotion of national policies and the active exploration of counties,China's county-level integrated media centers construction has gradually entered the deepening stage,and the ambiguity of the construction concept has hindered its further sustained good development,Based on the theory of development communication,this paper sorts out the concept of development communication.From the three dimensions of theoretical dependency,historical continuity and realistic needs,it is considered important and feasible to introduce the concept of development communication into the construction of county-level integrated media centers.It also reconstructed its construction concept with the perspective of development and communication,and discussed in detail of integrating the con-cept of development and communication with the construction process of the countylevel integrated media centers from five aspects:institutional positioning,subject recognition,content production,technology construction,and personnel training.
