金融创新驱动区域经济高质量发展的实证研究

摘　　要：金融创新是区域经济高质量发展的核心要素。利用2008—2018年我国30个省市的统计数据,选用面板数据计量经济学模型,从金融机构创新、金融市场创新、金融产品创新及金融治理创新等4个方面对金融创新驱动区域经济高质量发展的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:金融创新与区域经济高质量发展存在着长期均衡的协整关系,金融创新对区域经济高质量发展的作用显著;从金融创新各方面驱动区域经济高质量发展的差异程度来看,金融市场创新及金融治理创新对东部地区经济高质量发展的影响最大,而金融机构创新及金融产品创新对中部地区经济高质量发展的影响最大。从实证分析结果,得出了各区域要因地制宜地提高金融创新能力,为区域经济高质量发展持续提供强大驱动力的政策启示。Financial innovation is the core element of the high-quality development of regional economy.Based on the statistical data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2018,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of financial innovation on the high-quality development of regional economy by panel data econometrics models from four aspects:financial institution innovation,financial market innovation,financial product innovation and financial governance innovation.The results show that there is a cointegrating long-run equilibrium relationship between financial innovation and the high-quality development of regional economy.Financial innovation play a significant role in the high-quality development of regional economy.From the perspective of the differences in the various aspects of financial innovation driving the high-quality development of regional economy,the impact of financial market innovation and financial governance innovation on the high-quality economic development in the eastern region is the greatest,and financial institution innovation and financial product innovation are the most influential sources of the high-quality economic development in the central region.According to results of empirical analysis,the policy enlightenment is drawn,which each region adapts to the local conditions to improve financial innovation capability for the high-quality sustainable development of regional economy.
