摘　　要：目的:探讨程控硬膜外间歇脉冲注入镇痛技术(PIEB)对妇科手术术后感觉和运动阻滞的影响。方法:选取2016年10月—2018年9月在汕头大学医学院第一附属医院接受常规妇科手术术后硬膜外镇痛患者112例,年龄为26~60岁,ASA分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。按随机数字表法分为PIEB组和持续硬膜外输注(CEI)组,每组各56例。对两组患者术后感觉阻滞平面、运动恢复时间进行分析。结果:PIEB组患者术后2、4、8 h的温觉及痛觉阻滞平面评分均高于CEI组(P<0.05),PIEB组患者术后1、2、4、8 h的Bromage评分均低于CEI组(P<0.05)。结论:PIEB可扩大妇科手术患者术后的有效感觉阻滞平面,促进患者运动功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of programmed intermittent epidural bolus(PIEB)on sensory and motor block after gynecological surgery.Methods:From October 2016 to September 2018,112 patients with epidural analgesia who underwent conventional gynecological surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were selected,aged 26 to 60 years old,and ASA classification wasⅠ~Ⅱ.According to the random number table,they were divided into PIEB group and continuous epidural infusion(CEI)group,with56 cases in each group.The postoperative sensory block level and movement recovery time of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The temperature and pain block level scores of the PIEB group at 2,4,and 8 h after surgery were higher than those in the CEI group(P<0.05).The Bromage scores of the PIEB group at 1,2,4,and 8 h after surgery were all lower than the CEI group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PIEB can expand the effective sensory block level after gynecological surgery and promote the recovery of patients’motor function.
