大学生向创业者角色转换阶段及影响因素研究

摘　　要：大学创业带动就业是缓解就业压力的重要措施,而适合创业的大学生去创业才能提高创业成功率。从微观角度分析研究大学生向创业者角色转换过程机制,文章首先界定大学生创业者和大学生创业者角色特征内涵,并根据已有研究成果归纳出大学生创业者的角色特征。将大学生向创业者角色转换归纳为三个阶段:认知阶段、认同阶段和信念阶段,分析三个阶段具体转换的内在机理和大学生创业者角色特征演变过程,随后分析角色转换过程中个体和外部影响因素。最后为国家、高校以及个人促进角色的转换提出建议。College students who are suitable for starting a business can only increase their success rate in starting a business.This paper analyzes the mechanism of the transition process of college students'roles as entrepreneurs from a micro perspective,defines the connotations of the roles of college student entrepreneurs and college student entrepreneurs.And it summarizes the role characteristics of college student entrepreneurs based on existing research results.The process of college students turning to the role of entrepreneurs is summarized into three stages:cognitive stage,identification stage and belief stage.The internal mechanism of the three-stage transition and the evolution process of the role characteristics of college student entrepreneurs are all analyzed.Subsequently,the individual factors and external influence factors in the role transition process are also analyzed.Finally,suggestions for promoting the transformation of roles for the country,universities and individuals are put forward.
