腹腔镜下肾盂成形术对小儿巨大肾积水及术后引流效果的分析

摘　　要：分析腹腔镜下肾盂成形术对小儿巨大肾积水及术后引流效果。选取沧州中西医结合医院治疗的67例肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻所致的巨大肾积水患儿,对所有患儿行腹腔镜下肾盂成形术,根据患儿输尿管狭窄段状况分为内引流组38例、外引流组29例。结果表明,两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量以及并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。内引流组患儿术后住院时间显著少于外引流组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。对肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻所致的巨大肾积水患儿采用腹腔镜下肾盂成形术效果较好。The research analyzes the effect of pyeloplasty under laparoscope on children with giant hydronephrosis and postoperation drainage.67 children with giant hydronephrosis and postoperation drainage caused by pelvis ureter joint obstruction in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM,are selected,and all children receive pyeloplasty under laparoscope.According to the ureterostenosis situation of the children,children are divided into 38 children in inner and external drainage group.The results show that there is no statistically significant difference in operation time,bleeding volume and complications rate(P>0.05).Hospitalization time of inner drainage group is significantly less than the external drainage group,and there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pyeloplasty under laparoscope on children with giant hydronephrosis and postoperation drainage has relatively good effect.
