摘　　要：突然爆发的新冠疫情给国家治理、经济发展、社会生活带来了重大挑战和考验,养老服务业更是受到巨大的冲击。思考养老服务业的发展方向对于应对我国持续加剧的老龄化形势具有重要意义。根据养老服务行业的特点,介绍了我国养老行业的现状,分析了新冠疫情下养老行业暴露出来的问题,剖析新冠疫情对养老服务行业的影响和冲击,探讨新冠疫情对养老服务行业发展的启示,以期提升养老业应对疫情及突发事件的能力,促进养老服务业持续健康发展。The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant challenge to national governance,economic development and social life,and even greater impact to the elderly care service industry.It is of great significance to ponder the development direction of the elderly care service industry against the increasingly accelerating aging situation of China.Based on the characteristics of elderly service industry,the paper introduces the status quo of the elderly care industry of China,analyzes the problems exposed in the industry under the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the industry,and explores the inspiration of COVID-19 pandemic to the development of elderly care service industry to improve the ability of the elderly care industry in responding to pandemic and outbreak,and to promote sound and sustainable development of the industry.
