摘 要:从指控装备作战效能评估的概念入手,探索作战效能评估指标体系构建的思路和原则,遵循一体化设计的原则,根据系统工程化的思路,以部队军事需求为牵引,研究指控装备典型作战样式及任务剖面,紧贴指控装备作战使命,分析指控装备能力需求,通过对指控装备能力需求的分解和释义,构建基于作战能力的指控装备作战效能评估指标体系,对指控装备作战试验效能评估具有一定的指导意义。Starting from the concept of combat effectiveness evaluation of command and control equipment,this paper explores the idea and principle of constructing combat effectiveness evaluation index system,follows the principle of integrated design,according to the idea of system engineering,with the military requirements of the army as the traction,studies the typical combat style and mission profile of command and control equipment,closely adheres to the combat mission of command and control equipment,and through the analysis of command and control the decomposition and interpretation of equipment capability requirements,and the construction of the evaluation index system of combat effectiveness of command and control equipment based on combat capability have certain guiding significance for the evaluation of combat effectiveness of command and control equipment.
