摘 要:以深圳岸基厂房式水泥池养殖长茎葡萄蕨藻为对象,采用ICP-MS分别测定长茎葡萄蕨藻及其养殖海水中重金属元素Hg、As、Pb、Cd和Cr含量,分析长茎葡萄蕨藻对重金属元素的富集特性,以评价其食用安全性.结果发现,该藻Hg、As、Pb、Cd和Cr含量(干重计)分别是0.016、2.58、0.933、0.452、0.382 mg·kg^-1,富集系数分别是0.37、1.61、1.51、1.07和1.17,表明该藻对不同重金属元素的富集能力有明显差异.研究还发现,不同长度的直立茎对同一种重金属的富集能力基本相同.在3~4个月收获一次的生产模式下,长茎葡萄蕨藻重金属元素含量低于《GB 2762-2017食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》限量,可以放心食用.The study was about Caulerpa lentillfera cultivated in cement pool of shore-based plant type in Shenzhen.It aims to determine the content of five metal elements in Caulerpa lentillfera and its cultured seawater,such as As,Pb,Hg,Cd and Cr by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method.In order to evaluate the safety of food,the characteristics of Caulerpa lentillfera to enrich heavy metal elements were analyzed.The result shows that the contents of As,Pb,Hg,Cd and Cr were 0.016mg/kg、2.58mg/kg、0.933mg/kg、0.452mg/kg、0.382mg/kg respectively in dry weight;the enrichment coefficients of Caulerpa lentillfera were 0.37、1.61、1.51、1.07 and 1.17 respectively.The enrichment ability of Caulerpa lentillfera were distinctly different for various heavy metal elements.The ability of Caulerpa lentillfera to enrich same heavy metal was basically the same in different lengths.Under the production mode of harvesting once every three months,because the content of heavy metal elements in Caulerpa lentillfera is lower than the limits set by《GB 2762-2017 National standard for food safety Limits on contaminants in food》,consumers can eat with confidence.
