摘　　要：新中国成立以来,党和国家非常重视发展旅游业在生态文明建设中的重要作用,作为云南省综合实力位居第二的曲靖市,在经济新常态和供给侧结构性改革背景下,创新发展旅游业是新的经济增长点。旅游业须与时俱进,坚持内涵式创新发展,坚持“无中生有”式创新发展,坚持“统一战线”式创新发展,坚持“循循善诱”式创新发展,坚持“借鸡生蛋”式创新发展,坚持“由此及彼”式创新发展,坚持精准扶贫式创新发展,为曲靖经济社会又好又快发展作出更大的贡献。Since the founding of New China,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the development of tourism in the construction of ecological civilization,which also reflects its proper ecological value,cultural value and economic value.As the second largest city in Yunnan Province in terms of overall strength,Qujing innovatively develops tourism as a new point of economic growth in the context of the new normal and supply-side structural reform.The tourism industry must keep pace with the times,adhere to the connotative type of innovative development,adhere to the“create something from nothing”type of innovative development,adhere to the“united front”type of innovative development,adhere to the“follow and induce”type of innovative development,adhere to the“lay an egg from the borrowed chicken”type of innovative development,adhere to the“from here to there”type of innovative development,and adhere to the targeted poverty alleviation type of innovative development,making greater contributions to the sound and rapid development of Qujing's economy and society.
