摘 要:双圆弧齿轮是游梁式抽油机的核心部件,其具有承载能力高、跑合性能好、润滑良好、加工简单等优点,但抗弯强度是一个难题,因此很有必要对双圆弧齿轮的弯曲强度进行优化设计。以弯曲强度最大及质量最轻作为优化目标,在传统约束条件下,增加了最小同时啮合点数约束条件,用目标达到法对双圆弧齿轮的轮齿参数进行优化设计,然后用ANSYS有限元分析软件对比优化前后的最大弯曲应力。结果表明:用ANSYS分析软件分析后强度提高了17%,抗弯能力得到增强,并且优化后齿轮的体积减小了1.5%;同时也为双圆弧齿轮的优化设计提供了一种新的思路。Double-circular-arc gear is the core component of walking beam pumping unit.It has the advantages of high load capacity,good running-in performance,good lubrication,simple processing,etc.,but its bending strength is a problem.Therefore it is necessary to optimize the bending strength of the double-circular-arc gear.With the maximum bending strength and the lightest weight as the optimization targets,under the traditional constraint conditions,we added the minimum simultaneous meshing points as a constraint condition,and optimized the tooth parameters of the double-circular-arc gear.Then the maximum bending stress before and after the optimization was compared by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results showed that the optimized bending strength increased by 17%,the bending resistance was enhanced,and the size of the optimized gear was reduced by 1.5%.This study has provided a new idea for the optimization design of double-circular-arc gears.
