摘  要:本文介绍了应用modbus转J1939协议转换扩展模块和OCS控制器实现机械设备及汽车设备的压力仪表计量,从CAN接口的J1939通信协议,modbus RTU与J1939协议转换和OCS实现J1939协议压力数据采集几个方面,详细阐述了针对硬件CAN接口及非常规仪表协议(J1939)实现压力仪表计量的计量应用。应用一体化OSC控制器的CAN扩展功能实现灵活高效地采集压力、温度、流量和液位等仪表参数,经测试比较,此计量应用方式成本低廉,功能稳定高效,可以稳定地实现机械汽车设备的压力仪表计量,达到了预期的设计效果。This paper introduces the application of the modbus turn J1939 protocol transformation extension module and OCS controller to realize the mechanical equipment and automotive equipment measurement of pressure gauge,from the CAN interface J1939 communication protocol,the modbus rtu and J1939 protocol conversion and OCS J1939 several aspects in detail elaborated the pressure data collection for CAN interface to the hardware and unconventional instrument protocol(J1939)integrates pressure measurement instrument of measurement applied application extensions of the OSC controller CAN realize the flexible and efficient acquisition pressure and temperature Through the test and comparison of the meter parameters such as flow rate and liquid level,it is found that this metering application method has the advantages of low cost,stable and efficient function,and can realize the pressure meter metering of mechanical automobile equipment stably,thus achieving the expected design effect.
