摘 要:本文采用Fluent数值模拟的方式,模拟迷宫槽式最小流量阀在出口端接近饱和蒸汽压力的真实工况,得到水在不同迷宫槽结构下的空化分布。通过对比相变范围及相变量,最终发现对冲渐扩式由内向外迷宫槽结构在阀出口端接近饱和蒸汽压力这种工况下相变量最少,因此判定该结构在此种工况下防空化效果最好。In this paper,fluent numerical simulation method was used to simulate the actual working condition of feedwater pump recirculation valve close to saturated steam pressure at the outlet,and the cavitation distribution of water under different labyrinth slot structures was obtained.By comparing the phase transition range and phase variables,it is finally found that the phase variables of the offset gradually expanding labyrinth groove structure from the inside to the outside are the least under the condition that the valve outlet is close to the saturated steam pressure,so it is determined that the structure has the best anti-air effect under this condition.
