摘 要:以47SiO2-18Al2O3-9B2O3-9Li2O-13Na2O-4ZnO陶瓷结合剂为实验结合剂,制备了不同陶瓷结合剂含量金刚石试样,通过硬度(HRB)、抗弯强度及断口扫描电镜(SEM)测试,研究了不同陶瓷结合剂含量对金刚石试样力学性能的影响,通过金刚石试样与YG8试片的磨削实验研究了不同陶瓷结合剂含量对金刚石试样加工硬质合金的加工性能影响。实验结果表明,受结合剂含量对气孔形成的影响,随着结合剂含量的提升,试样洛氏硬度与抗弯强度增加,在结合剂含量超过35wt%时增幅趋于平缓。随结合剂含量的提升,磨耗比增加,磨削效率先增大后减小,在结合剂含量为35wt%时磨削效率达到最高值。综合考虑,37wt%结合剂含量金刚石试样对YG8具有最佳磨削寿命与磨削效率。The 47SiO2-18Al2O3-9B2O3-9Li2O-13Na2O-4ZnO vitrified bond was used as the experimental bond to prepare different vitrified bond content diamond composites.To study the influence of different vitrified bond content on the mechanical properties of the vitrified bond diamond composite specimens,the Rockwell hardness,bending strength of the composites were tested,and fracture scanning electron microscope(SEM)was applied.And the effect on the performanceof diamond compositesmachining YG8 cemented carbidesamples was also studied by grinding experiment.The experimental results showed that,due to the influence of vitrified bond content on the pores'formation,the Rockwell hardness and the bending strength increased with the vitrified bond content increasing,and tended to be flat when the bond content exceeded to 35wt%.And the abrasive ratio also rose up with the increase of bond content.What's more,the grinding efficiency increased at first and started to decrease when the bond content was 35wt%.In a comprehensive way,the diamond composite with bond content of 37wt%had the best grinding life and efficiency to YG8 cemented carbide.
