摘 要:对采用磁性基线及镀镍金刚石微粉制备金刚石线锯的工艺进行了研究,结合SEM、EDS、显微镜及高斯计等检测设备分析了不同工艺因素对线锯性能及制备效率的影响。结果表明采用磁性基线可有效缩短上砂时间,进而提高线锯制备效率;采用磁化基线制备线锯的最佳上砂工艺参数为电流密度5A/dm^2、基体磁感应强度0.6mT、上砂槽金刚石质量浓度15g/L、上砂时间15s、温度45℃;使用该工艺制备线锯,可在保证较高耐用度的同时提高线锯制备效率1~3倍。The preparation process of diamond wire saw with nickel plated diamond powder and magnetic baseline was studied.The influence of different process factors on the performance and preparation efficiency of wire saw was analyzed with SEM,EDS,microscope and Gauss meter.The results showed that the magnetic baselineeffectively shortened the sanding time and improved the efficiency of wire saw.The optimal sanding process parameters of the magnetized matrix were:current density 5A/dm^2,matrix magnetic induction strength 0.6mT,quality concentration of diamond in the sanding groove 15g/L,sanding time 15s,and temperature 45℃.Using this process to prepare wire saw can ensure high durability and increase the preparation efficiency by 1~3 times.
