摘 要:在不同介质中,对Cr12MoV模具钢进行线切割加工实验,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察工件与电极丝蚀除表面的显微形貌,分析工作介质对加工表面质量、电极丝损耗的影响。提出采用气、液分层的双介质供给方式可提高表面质量、降低丝损。结果表明,气液双介质中线切割精加工表面质量明显好于液中,略优于气中加工,且电极丝损耗接近于液中,小于气中加工。The wire cutting experiments of Cr12MoV die steel were carried out in different media.The author uses the scanning electron microscope to observe the micro appearance of the workpieces and the electrode wire etching surface,analyzes the effect of the machined surface quality and the wire electrode wear by working medium and puts forward that the double medium supply mode of gas and liquid can improve the surface quality and can decrease the wire loss.The result shows that the fishing surface quality in gas-liquid dual media is much better than that in liquid,slightly better than that in gas,but also the loss of electrode wire is close to that in liquid and less than that in gas.
