大庆西部外围油田地面优化简化技术的实践与认识

摘　　要：大庆西部外围油田面临着油层发育差、单井产量低、油田分布零散、自然条件复杂等问题,给油田开发建设带来困难,制约了油田的有效开发。近年来,大庆外围油田在地面建设中不断探索创新,多种工艺在原有基础上有了新的发展,形成了具有外围油田特色的工艺技术及整装油田、零散外扩区块、滚动开发区块建设方式。同时,针对致密油、稠油等非常规油田的开发,以及地面建设面临投资控制和快速建产的形势进行了分析探讨。结合近年大庆外围油田地面建设的实践认为:多种技术的组合应用是地面系统优化简化的基础;灵活机动的建设方式满足了外围油田开发需求;标准化、橇装化的建设工艺还需探索;“三个介入”的工作方式有效加快了前期工作进度。The western peripheral oilfields in Daqing are facing problems such as poor oil layer development,low single well production,scattered oilfield distribution,and complex natural conditions,which bring difficulties to oilfield development and construction and restrict the oilfield effective development.In recent years,Daqing peripheral oilfields have been continuously exploring and innovating in the surface construction,and various technologies have been developed on the original basis,forming a process technology with the characteristics of peripheral oilfields and the construction mode of integrated oilfield,scattered outward expanding block,and rolling development block.At the same time,in view of the unconventional development such as tight oil and heavy oil oilfields,the surface construction facing the situation of investment control and rapid production construction is analyzed and discussed.Based on the practice of surface construction in Daqing peripheral oilfields in recent years,several understandings are recognized:the combined application of various technologies is the basis for optimization and simplification of surface systems,the flexible construction method meets the development needs of peripheral oilfield,the standardized and skid-mounted construction technology still needs to be explored,and the work method of"three interventions"effectively accelerates the progress of the preliminary work.
