摘  要:低渗透油田注水开发中的结垢对储层伤害严重,对结垢趋势进行科学、准确地评价十分必要。采用盘管式动态结垢试验装置,对低渗透油田三个区块的地层水、注入水及其混配水在地层和地表结垢过程进行了研究,并对结垢物进行分析。研究表明:A区注入水与地层水的配伍性较好,最佳混配比为50%;B区注入水与地层水的配伍性最好,混配后随注入水比例增加结垢总量逐渐减少;C区注入水与地层水的配伍性最差,应根据现场具体情况采取一定的水处理技术改进或调整。盘管式动态结垢试验装置克服了常规静态结垢预测法的不足,能较好地模拟注水开发动态过程,模拟结果准确可靠。It is necessary to predict the scaling trend scientifically and accurately since scaling is very harmful to reservoir in water injection development of low permeability oilfield.The formation water,injected water and mixed water from three blocks of low permeability oilfield are studied by using the coil tube dynamic scaling test device,and the scale substance is also analyzed.The study shows that the compatibility between the injected water and formation water in area A is good,and the best mixing ratio is 1:1;the compatibility between the injected water and formation water of area B is the best,and the amount of scaling gradually decreases with the increase of proportion of injected water;the compatibility between the injected water and formation water of area C is the worst,and the water treatment technology should be improved or adjusted according to the specific situation of the site.The device overcomes the deficiency of the conventional prediction method,and it can simulate the dynamic process of water injection development well with accurate and reliable results.
