摘  要:随着管道运行时间增长,管道穿孔的次数逐年增多,因管道泄漏造成环保、安全问题,严重影响油田安全生产。为确保管道运行稳定性与可靠性,根据集团公司要求建立了管道完整性管理体系,开展相关技术研究,筛查并治理双高管道,分析埋地金属管道腐蚀的主要原因,加强区域阴极保护管理,制定相应的管理制度和防护措施;加强管道日常自主维修及管理,完善管道防泄漏监测技术,为降低埋地金属管道失效率及延长其使用寿命提供技术支持。With the increase of pipeline operation time,the number of pipeline perforation is increasing year by year.The environmental protection and safety problems caused by pipeline leakage seriously affect the safety production of oilfield.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of pipeline operation,according to the requirements of the group company,a pipeline integrity management system is established,relevant technical research is carried out to screen and treat double high pipelines,the main reasons for corrosion of buried metal pipelines are analyzed,regional cathodic protection management is strengthened,corresponding management system and protection measures are formulated,daily independent maintenance and management of pipeline are strengthened,the pipeline leakage monitoring technology is improved,so as to provide technical support for reducing the failure rate of buried metal pipeline and extending its service life.
