摘  要:于2017年7—9月调查了重庆市12个区县60个杨树林样点的3160棵杨树,并分析了云斑天牛的危害特征.结果表明,杨树云斑天牛在各调查样点以中、老龄幼虫危害;其危害程度可分为重度、中度、轻度及无危害,它们样点数分别占总调查样点数的70.0%,1.7%,1.7%和26.6%;受害株率和株虫口密度均值分别为45.1%和5.6头/株.在3.0 m以下各树高区间,各样点受害株率均以80%~100%为最多;在≥3.1 m区间,则以60%~80%的为最多.在4个树高区间,株虫口密度和无效刻槽数均差异显著(p<0.01),而区间≤1.0 m则明显高于其他区间,且显著大于2.1~3.0 m和≥3.1 m(p<0.01).在同一树高区间,有效刻槽数和无效刻槽数间均显著相关(p<0.05).无论是株总高度还是不同树高区间的虫口密度均与样点受害株率间显著线性相关(p<0.05),两者间关系更适合用三次函数表示.本研究为重庆杨树云斑天牛的高效及绿色综合有效防控提供理论依据和支撑.In order to provide theoretical basis and support for the efficient and green comprehensive and effective control of Batocera lineolata Chevrolat in Chongqing,field investigations were conducted from July to September,2017 at 60 locations of poplar plantations in 12 counties.A total of 3160 poplar trees were investigated and the damage characteristics of this pest were analyzed.The results showed that the degree of damage caused by B.lineolata with middle-or final-instar larvae varied considerably and was classified into four levels,i.e.heavy,moderate,slight and no damage,which respectively accounted for 70.0%,1.7%,1.7%and 26.6%of the sampling points.The damage rates ranged from 0 to 100%with an average of 45.1%in all sampling points,and individual number of larvae per tree averaged 5.6 head/plant.In 3 height intervals of poplar trunks below 3.0 m,the damage rate of 80%~100%was in the majority,and 60%~80%was mostly shown above 3.1 m.The individual numbers of larvae or the numbers of ineffective notch groove were significantly different among the 4 height intervals of the whole trunks(p<0.01),and they were obviously higher at≤1.0 m than those in other height intervals.There was significant difference in the individual numbers of larvae or the numbers of ineffective notch groove between the height intervals of trunks≤1.0 m and 2.1-3.0 m or≥3.1 m(p<0.01).In the same trunk height intervals,a significant correlation existed between the numbers of ineffective notch groove and effective notch groove(p<0.05).Through correlation and regression analyses,a significant correlation was found between damage rate and individual numbers of larvae in different trunk height intervals or whole trunk height,and the models of cubic function were found to be more suitable for the description of the correlation between damage rate and individual numbers of larvae in sampling plantations(p<0.05).
