摘　　要：介绍了用于列车控制的信息数据传输系统改造工程中的风险管理,阐述了改造过程中的风险源及可能产生的后果,着重描述了针对风险源定制的设备质量管理措施及改造工程安全流程管理办法,并在实际工程应用中使得风险处于安全可控范围内。Risk management of the reconstruction project for signal data transport system used in train control is introduced.The the risk sources and potential consequences possibly occur in the reconstruction project are elaborated,mainly focusing on the equipment quality control and safety process management approach customized for the risk source.The application of risk management in practical engineering has successfully kept the risk within a controllable range.
