摘　　要：简要介绍了城市轨道交通专用调度电话网优化改造的必要性和可能性,结合上海轨道交通专用调度电话网的现状及通信技术发展方向,提出了采用软交换的专用调度电话网优化改造实施方案,并进行了实施。通过实际测试及使用,此方案已达到优化改造的效果。The necessity and possibility of rail transit special dispatch telephone network optimization is briefly introduced.Combined with the current situation of special dispatching telephone network of Shanghai rail transit and the development direction of communication technology,an optimization and renovation implementation plan of special dispatching telephone network is proposed based on soft-switching technology.The plan has been applied in practice,and achieved the targeted effects through function test and performance.
