论风险社会中的合作文化建构

摘　　要：20世纪80年代,人类进入了全球化、后工业化进程。这是人类社会发展中的一场历史性的社会转型运动,意味着人类历史的一个新的阶段的开启。然而,在工业社会历史阶段中生成的可以归入现代主义范畴中的文化却如此深入人心,拒绝和抵制变革,从而使人类陷入了风险社会。风险社会的出现是工业社会亦即资本主义社会发展的后果,但在社会变革过程中出现的变革要求与文化延续间的冲突,也是风险社会出现的原因之一。置身于风险社会,对工业社会的个体性文化以及作为它的表现形式的竞争文化进行反思,确立合作文化的建构目标,是一项迫切任务。风险社会意味着人类被动地成为命运共同体,为了将它改变为积极的命运共同体,只有合作行动这样一条道路可走,而合作行动的文化要求,则指向了合作文化建构。1980 s saw the process of globalization and post-industrialization.This is a historic social transformation movement in the development of human society,signifying the opening of a new stage.However,the culture,which is generated in the historical stage of industrial society and classified into the category of modernism,is so deeply rooted in people’s hearts that it rejects to change,causing human beings to fall into a risk society.The emergence of the risk society is the consequence of the development of the industrial society,i.e.the capitalist society,but the conflict between the requirements of change and the continuation of culture in the process of social change is also one of the reasons for the emergence of the risk society.When we are in the risk society,it is an urgent task to reflect on the individual culture of the industrial society and the competitive culture as its form of expression,and to establish the construction goal of the cooperative culture.Risk society means that mankind passively becomes a community with a shared future.In order to change it into a positive community with a shared future,we can only take cooperative action,and the cultural requirements of cooperative action should be based on the construction of cooperative culture.
