摘　　要：电力市场环境下,潜在的装机容量不足是市场化改革带来的主要挑战之一。在成熟市场中应用的各类装机容量保障机制中,发电装机容量市场被认为是保障装机充裕度的有效方式。本文旨在通过深入分析英国和美国典型容量市场建设的背景条件,从容量市场建设的推动因素、容量市场与电能量市场模式的关联关系入手,提炼出不同电能量市场模式下容量市场建设的关键触发条件,以期为我国电力现货市场的建设提供借鉴。In the electricity market environment,the potential insufficient installed capacity is considered as one of the main challenges brought by the market-oriented reform.Among all kinds of installed capacity guarantee mechanisms applied in mature markets,the generation capacity market is considered to be an effective way to guarantee the adequacy of installed capacity.This paper aims to extract and analyze the specified triggering condition of capacity market construction under different power market modes by deeply analyzing the background of typical capacity market construction in UK and US,in order to provide necessary reference for the spot market construction in China.
