摘　　要：中国新一代天气雷达(CINRAD)单站每次体扫产生反射率、径向速度和谱宽3种基本数据(保存为二进制字节数据文件),该基数据还不能直接用于业务应用,需通过专业软件对基数据文件进行后期计算处理、生成雷达单站PUP产品,应用于监测和预警业务。由于不同厂商生产的雷达有不同的数据结构(格式),以CINRAD/SA雷达基数据文件为例,利用VB(Visual Basic 6.0)语言编程,解决了Byte变量只能读取1个字节(8位)无符号整型数值数据,为基层台站有效利用雷达探测资料,实现监测和预警业务现代化,提供了一种VB编程处理雷达基数据方案。China's new generation weather radar(CINRAD)generates three basic data,namely reflectivity,radial velocity and spectral width for the overall scan of each site(saved as a binary byte data file).This base data is not yet available for direct business application.And the professional software should be used to calculate and process the base data file in the later stage to generate the radar single station PUP product,which is applied in monitoring and early warning business.Because radars from different manufacturers have different data structures(formats),taking the CINRAD/SA radar base data file as an example,the Byte variable can only read 1 Byte(8 bits)of unsigned integer numeric data is resolved by using VB(Visual Basic 6.0)language programming.A VB program to process radar base data for the base station is provided to utilize radar detection data effectively and realize the modernization of monitoring and early warning.
