摘 要:文章对柴油机进气管道作出改进设计,基于发动机最大输出动力性能的提升,制取了电子节气门最佳开度的MAP图,进行可变涡流控制系统对柴油机性能影响研究试验,对比常规进气方式和可变涡流进气控制的柴油机在不同工况下的性能,得出以下结论:可变涡流控制系统对柴油机性能的影响方面,低转速大于高转速,高负荷工况大于低负荷工况;动力性方面,功率最大提升9.81%,扭矩最大提升6.16%;经济性方面,燃油消耗率最大降低4.12%;排放性方面,增加缸内的进气涡流强度可以改善燃油雾化,加速油气混合,促进燃烧,从而减少排气微粒,烟度最大降低13.65%.In this paper,an improved design of the diesel air intake duct is made.Based on the improve⁃ment of the maximum output power performance of the engine,a MAP map of the optimal opening degree of the electronic throttle is prepared.A variable swirl control system was tested on the performance of the diesel engine,and compared with the conventional diesel engine.Performance of variable swirl intake die⁃sel engine under different operating conditions.The test results show that the influence of the variable swirl control system on the performance of the diesel engine in low speed is greater than high speed,highload operating conditions are greater than low-load operating conditions.In terms of power,the maximum power and torque have been increased by 9.81%and 6.16%respectively;in terms of economy,the fuel consumption rate has been reduced by a maximum of 4.12%in low-speed operating conditions;in terms of emissions,increasing the intake swirl intensity in the cylinder can improve fuel atomization,accelerate oil-gas mixing,and promote combustion,thereby reducing exhaust particles,maximum reduction in smoke by 13.65%.
