普通车床进给箱中齿轮轴的有限元分析

摘　　要：基于有限元分析原理,以C6136A普通车床进给箱齿轮轴为例,对它进行几何建模、变形、扭矩、应力等基础特性参数分析,从而得出C6136A车床进给箱齿轮轴的低阶模态频率较高,在正常操作过程中具有不容易引起共振,且振幅对整个加工过程不影响,刚性也较理想等特点。Based on the principle of finite element analysis,through the analysis of geometric modeling,deformation,torque,stress and other basic characteristic parameters of feed box gear shaft of C6136A lathe,it is concluded that the low-order modal frequency of feed box gear shaft of C6136A lathe is high,it is not easy to cause resonance in normal operation process,and the amplitude has no influence on the whole processing process,and the rigidity is also ideal.
