通腑复法在中风治疗中的应用探讨

摘　　要：中风多伴腑实证,通腑法是治疗中风的基本法则。又因本病证候兼夹多变,病机复杂,临床多采用复法论治,通过复合立法、组方配伍,使各种药物相互为用,形成新的功用,以增强疗效。临证应审证求机,辨证论治,采用不同的复合治法:痰热腑实证,治以化痰通腑;瘀热阻窍证,治以凉血通瘀;瘀血腑实证,治以活血通腑;水结腑实证,治以利水通腑;阴虚腑实证,治以滋阴通腑。Apoplexy is often accompanied by syndrome of fu-viscera excess,so relaxing bowels is the basic principle of treating apoplexy.Due to the variable syndromes and complicated pathogenesis of the disease,compound therapies are commonly used in clinic for treating it.By combining different methods and formulas,various drugs can enhance each other and form new functions.Therefore,the curative efficacy can be improved.In clinical practice,the syndromes and pathogenesis of the disease should be analyzed,so as to choose different compound therapies.Patients with syndrome of phlegm heat and fu-viscera excess should be treated with the method of resolving phlegm and relaxing bowels.Patients with syndrome of blood stasis and heat blocking orifices should be treated with the method of cooling blood and removing blood stasis.Patients with syndrome of blood stasis and fu-viscera excess should be treated with the method of invigorating blood and relaxing bowels.Patients with syndrome of water accumulation and fu-viscera excess should be treated with the method of excreting water and relaxing bowels.Patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and fu-viscera excess should be treated with the method of nourishing yin and relaxing bowels.
