单用摩法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较单用摩法与传统推拿疗法治疗原发性痛经的疗效,为临床推拿治疗痛经提供依据。方法:将47例原发性痛经患者按随机数字表法分为单手法组23例与多手法组24例,单手法组仅用摩法治疗,多手法组采用传统推拿疗法,综合运用摩法、一指禅推法、揉法等手法,两组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和COX痛经症状评分量表(CMSS)评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分和CMSS评分较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两项评分的组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单用摩法治疗原发性痛经具有较好疗效,其止痛效果与传统推拿疗法相当。Objective:To compare the curative efficacy of rubbing manipulation and conventional tuina therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea with tuina.Methods:A total of 47 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided to single manipulation group(23 cases)and multi-manipulation group(24 cases).Patients in the single manipulation group was only treated with rubbing manipulation,while those in the multi-manipulation group were treated with conventional tuina therapy,with comprehensive application of rubbing manipulation,one-finger-pushing manipulation,kneading manipulation and so on.All patients were continuously treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and COX Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS)score of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and the CMSS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of the VAS score and the CMSS score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rubbing manipulation has definite curative efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea,and its analgesic effect is equivalent to that of the conventional tuina therapy.
