加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗甲状腺术后不适症状临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗甲状腺术后不适症状的临床疗效。方法:将90例甲状腺术后患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组43例给予常规对症治疗,治疗组47例在对照组基础上予以加味黄芪桂枝五物汤口服。观察两组治疗前后咽部疼痛、神疲乏力等六大不适症状评分变化,并评价疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者各症状评分均低于本组治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率89.4%,对照组69.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤能显著改善甲状腺术后患者的不适症状,促进患者康复。Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(加味黄芪桂枝五物汤)in treatment of discomfort after thyroid operation.Methods:A total of 90 patients after thyroid operation were divided into treatment group(43 cases)and control group(47 cases)by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment.Patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with conventional symptomatic treatment.The changes of symptom scores of sore throat,mental fatigue and lack of strength,and so on in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the curative efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,every symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and was also lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 89.4% and 69.8%,respectively. The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly relieve the discomfort of patients after thyroid operation and promote their recovery.
