摘 要:目的:探索桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫腺肌病的潜在通路与物质基础。方法:通过数据库联用与文献挖掘检索桂枝茯苓丸主要活性成分及其作用靶点、子宫腺肌病相关靶蛋白,使用Cytoscape 3.2.1软件绘制蛋白质相互作用网络图,结合网络特征分析网络关键靶点,并将其投射到KEGG与GO数据库中进行通路富集分析。结果:共得到90个活性成分、165个成分作用靶点、78个疾病靶蛋白。经网络药理学分析,得到MAPK与PI3K/AKT两条潜在通路,丹皮酚、芍药苷等16个潜在物质基础。结论:桂枝茯苓丸中的丹皮酚、芍药苷等有效成分可能通过MAPK通路与PI3K/AKT通路抑制异位内膜组织生长、侵袭与黏附,达到治疗子宫腺肌病的目的。Objective:To explore the potential pathway and material basis of Guizhi Fuling Pill(桂枝茯苓丸)in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:The main active components and their targets of Guizhi Fuling Pill and the target proteins related to adenomyosis were searched from related databases by literature mining method.The protein-protein interaction network diagram was made by using Cytoscape 3.2.1 software,and the key network targets were analyzed according to the network characteristics. Then the key network targets were projected into the KEGG database and the GO database for pathway and enrichment analysis. Results:A total of 90 active ingredients with 165 targets and 78 disease target proteins were obtained. Through network pharmacological analysis,2 potential pathways and 16 potential material bases were identified. The potential pathways were MAPK and PI3K/AKT. The potential material basis included paeonol,paeoniflorin,etc.. Conclusions:The paeonol and the paeoniflorin in Guizhi Fuling Pill may inhibit the growth,attack and adhesion of ectopic endometrium through the MAPK pathway and the PI3K/AKT pathway. This may be the reason why Guizhi Fuling Pill has therapeutic effect on adenomyosis.
