摘　　要：针对疫情导致的高校毕业生求职就业受阻问题,以东华理工大学化学生物与材料科学学院为例,利用单次、短程和结构性团体辅导模式,以认知信息加工理论(CIP)为依据,分阶段开展团体活动,引导学生认识职业自我、了解职业世界,进行人职匹配,找到就业目标。In view of the difficulties in finding jobs for college graduates caused by the epidemic situation,taking East China University of Technology for example,and based on cognitive information processing theory(CIP),this paper uses a single,short and structural group counseling pattern to organize a series of activities for different stages,in order to guide graduates to understand professional self and career world,finally find the suitable job,and find their employment goals.
