摘  要:本文对已有超越方程解析求解分析方法的准确度和适用性进行了仿真比对,在此基础上,以实现较好幅相传输特性为约束条件,给出了脊波导双环铁氧体加载移相器传输线设计参数;再通过初值设计和仿真优化,得到了阻抗匹配特性较好的宽带匹配网络设计参数。仿真结果表明,相应设计参数能够确保移相器在X+Ku波段80%以上相对带宽内实现较好性能。In this paper the accuracy and applicability of available analytical methods which can be used to solve a transcendental equation are analyzed through simulation.On this basis,the desired transmission line design parameters for the ridge waveguide twin-toroidal ferrite phase shifters are obtained in order to realize good amplitude-phase transmission characteristic.In addition,the desired design parameters of the broadband matching network which enable good impedance matching characteristic are obtained through initial design and simulation optimization.The simulation results show that the design parameters can ensure good phase shifter performance over 80%relative bandwidth in X and Ku bands.
