摘  要:针对渤海S油田注水开发存在的高含水问题,基于目标油藏的孔喉尺寸特征,利用反相微乳液聚合法合成了一种纳米颗粒调驱体系,表征了该体系的物化特性,并通过填砂管岩心驱替实验,评价了其封堵性能、分流特性和驱油能力。结果表明:合成的纳米颗粒调驱体系具有良好的分散性、耐剪切性、膨胀性和表面活性;具有调剖和洗油的双重作用,可选择性优先进入和封堵高渗层,使高、低渗层的分流量在较长时间内保持一致;后续水驱阶段具有较强的耐冲刷能力,可有效扩大注入水波及体积,大幅度提高原油采收率,实现降水增油。该纳米颗粒调驱体系可为渤海S油田深部调驱作业提供技术支持。In view of the high water-cut problem existing in the water flooding development of Bohai S oilfield,a new kind of nanoparticle profile control and displacement system was prepared through the method of inverse microemulsion polymerization according to the pore throat size distribution characteristic of target reservoir.The physical and chemical properties of this system were characterized.Through the sand packed core displacement experiments,the plugging property,diversion property,and oil displacement performance of the nanoparticle system were evaluated.The results show that the prepared nanoparticle system has favorable dispersibility,shear resistance,expansibility and surface activity,and possesses the dual functions of profile control and oil washing.The nanoparticle system can effectively enter in to and plug the layers with higher permeability,which can cause the shunt rates of the high and low permeability layers to remain consistent with each other for a long time.During the extended water flooding,the nanoparticle system has a strong resistance to the water flushing,and can effectively expand the sweep volume,greatly improve the recovery factor to achieve the purpose of reducing water production and increasing oil recovery.Therefore,this kind of nanoparticle profile control and displacement system is recommended for the in-depth profile control and displacement process in Bohai S oilfield.
