摘  要:以9种不同育苗基质培育的1年生南天竹苗木为研究对象,探究其生物量与根系有机酸的组成和含量之间的关系。结果得到南天竹根系分泌有机酸以草酸、酒石酸和甲酸为主,其中,含草木灰基质中根系分泌有机酸以草酸、酒石酸为主,含珍珠岩基质中以酒石酸、草酸为主,含锯末基质以甲酸、草酸为主。研究表明苗木总生物量与草酸和基质pH呈极显著正相关,与甲酸呈显著负相关,南天竹育苗基质pH值6.1~7.0且根系分泌有机酸含量为20~60μg时(即CM1、CM2、ZZ1、YT1),更有利于南天竹苗木生长。研究结果为完善南天竹容器育苗技术及深化林木根系生态学认识提供理论支撑。The relationship between biomass and the composition and content of organic acids in roots of 1-year-old seedlings of Nandina domestica cultivated in 9 different nursery substrates was studied.The results showed that oxalic acid,tartaric acid and formic acid were the main organic acids secreted by roots of Nandina domestica.Among the 9 substrates,which,oxalic acid and tartaric acid were the main organic acids secreted by the roots of seedlings cultured with nursery substrate containing plant ash,tartaric acid and oxalic acid were the main components secreted by the roots of seedlings cultured with nursery substrate containing perlite,formic acid and oxalic acid were the main organic acids secreted by the roots of seedlings cultured with nursery substrate containing sawdust.The research showed that the total biomass of seedlings was significantly positively correlated with oxalic acid and substrate pH,but negatively correlated with formic acid.When the pH value of seedling substrate was 6.1~7.0 and the organic acid content secreted by roots was 20~60μg(i.e.,CM1,CM2,ZZ1,YT1),it was more conducive to the growth of Nandina domestica seedlings.The results provide theoretical support for improving container seedling technology of Nandina domestica and deepening the understanding of forest root ecology.
