摘　　要：目的分析并总结蒙药材蓝盆花属植物的研究进展。方法检索生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)与万方数据库(Wanfang),检索数据库至2019年录入的蓝盆花属植物研究的有关资料。结果1.蓝盆花属植物药为野生花卉,根茎发达、耐干旱盐碱,具有维护草地生态平衡、防止荒漠化和美化环境的生态作用,同时也是蒙医药使用的传统特色药材,中亚地区民间也有使用。2.有15种及变种,化学成分:黄酮类22个、酚酸类11个及环烯醚萜类等,6个成分可作为质量评价,10个成分可作为指纹图谱主要峰值,29个成分可移行血液。3.主要成分绿原酸体内积累随季节变化,人工种植蓝盆花与野生品种生物学特征无显著差异。4.蓝盆花属植物药不能自花传粉,自然条件下依赖昆虫传粉生殖。5.总结蓝盆花注射液与滴丸剂的制备工艺。6.蓝盆花注射液与提取物具有解热与抗炎作用,能提高巨噬细胞溶菌酶活性,具有抗氧化、抗肝损伤及纤维化作用,可提高肾小管上皮细胞内Na+-ATP、K+-ATP与Ca+-ATP酶系统活性。7.蓝盆花属植物的根具有一定毒性。结论蓝盆花属植物具有较高的生态价值,有解热、抗氧化和保肝等药理作用,黄酮与酚酸类是其当前研究最多的成分;该文可为深入研究和开发该类药用植物资源提供参考。Objective To analyze and summarize the research progress of Scabiosa plants of Mongolian medicinal materials.Methods CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases of biomedical literature were searched,and data related to plant research of Scabiosa plants were searched from the database to 2019.Results 1.The Scabiosa plant is a wild flower with developed roots and stems and is resistant to drought and salt and alkali.It plays an ecological role in maintaining the ecological balance of grassland,preventing desertification and embellishing the environment.It is a traditional characteristic medicine used in Mongolian medicine,and is also used by the people in central Asia.2.There are 15 kinds and varieties of chemical constituents,including 22 flavonoids,11 phenolic acids and cycloallinoids,etc..6 constituents can be used as quality evaluation,10 constituents can be used as the main peak of fingerprints,and 29 constituents can be used as markers of blood migration.3.The accumulation of chlorogenic acid,the main component,varies with the seasons.There is no significant difference in biological characteristics between artificial cultivation of Scabiosa plants and wild varieties.4.The plants of the genus cyperus could not self-pollinate,so they depend on insects to pollinate and reproduce under natural conditions.5.The preparation technology of Scabiosa comosa Injection and drop pills was summarized.6.The injection and extract have antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects,enhancing macrophage lysozyme activity,antioxidant effect,anti-liver injury and fibrosis effect,and enhancing Na+-ATP,K+-ATP and Ca+-ATP system activities in renal tubular epithelial cells.7.The roots of Scabiosa plants have certain toxicity.Conclusion The Scabiosa plants have high ecological value with antipyretic,antioxidation,liver protection and other pharmacological effects.Flavonoids and phenolic acids are the most studied ingredients at present.This paper can provide reference for further research and development of this kind of medicinal plant resources
