摘 要:通过50 kg真空感应炉冶炼含氮不锈钢试验,研究了熔炼气氛、熔炼压力、氮化合金类型对钢液中氮收得率的影响。结果表明:熔炼气氛、氮化合金相同时,熔炼压力越大,氮的收得率越高,且当熔炼压力相同时,氮气保护条件下氮的收得率明显提高。氩气保护条件下,熔炼压力从30000 Pa升至50000 Pa,添加氮化锰和氮化铬氮的收得率分别提高了8.6%、7.4%。氮气保护条件下,熔炼压力从30000 Pa升至50000 Pa,添加氮化锰和氮化铬氮的收得率分别提高了14%、5.2%。氩气保护条件下,熔炼压力相同,氮化锰的增氮效果优于氮化铬,熔炼压力为30000、50000 Pa时氮的收得率分别提高了8%、9.2%;氮气保护条件下,熔炼压力相同,氮化铬和氮化锰的增氮效果无明显差异。Effect of melting atmosphere,pressure in furnace and type of nitriding ferroalloy on the yield of nitrogen in liquid steel was studied through the melting test of nitrogen-containing stainless steel in a 50 kg vacuum induction furnace.The results showed that when the melting atmosphere and the type of nitriding ferroalloy were the same,the higher the melting pressure,the higher the yield of nitrogen was,and when the melting pressure was the same,the yield of nitrogen was improved significantly under the protection of nitrogen.Under the protection of argon gas,when the melting pressure was increased from 30000 Pa to 50000 Pa,the yield of nitrogen by adding manganese-nitride and chromium-nitride into the liquid steel were increased 8.6%and 7.4%,respectively.Under the protection of nitrogen gas,when the melting pressure was increased from 30000 Pa to 50000 Pa,the yield of nitrogen by adding manganese-nitride and chromium-nitride were increased 14%and 5.2%,respectively.Under the condition of argon protection,when the melting pressure was the same,the nitrogenized effect of manganese-nitride was better than that of chromium-nitride;when the melting pressure was 30000 Pa and 50000 Pa respectively,the yield of nitrogen was increased 8%and 9.2%,respectively.Under the condition of nitrogen protection,there was no significant difference in the nitrogenized effect between chromium-nitride and manganese-nitride under the same melting pressure.
