摘  要:通过构建P-S曲线评价模型,从承压系统和施压系统的相互作用机制出发,剖析2015年黑龙江省资源环境承载情况,并解析影响黑龙江省资源环境承载力评价的重要因子;利用人口流动规模和人口流动强度表征黑龙江省人口流动特征,并采用宏观趋势分析、空间变差函数、位序—规模法则、秩相关分析等方法探讨资源环境承载力与人口流动的空间耦合特征和数量耦合规律。结果表明:1)政策性因素在资源环境承载力评价中占据重要地位,资源环境承压系统的影响力整体上高于人类活动施压系统。2)黑龙江省尚不存在具备明显潜力的盈余高值区,哈尔滨市为典型的超载高值区,盈余低值区空间布局较为分散。3)除讷河市外,黑龙江省人口流动密集区主要集中在各地级市辖区;人口流动平衡型活跃区占比最高,非活跃区占比最低,净流出型活跃区主要分布在省西南部。4)资源环境承载力与人口流动规模、流入人口规模呈显著正相关,而与人口流动强度无明显相关性,与人口净迁移率的空间共振效应最为显著。The assessment of resources and environment carrying capacity plays an important role in coordinating human-land relationship and implementing the strategy of territorial space planning.Based on the P-S curve evaluation model and the interaction mechanism between support system and pressure system,this paper analyzed the resources and environment carrying capacity and its influencing factors in Heilongjiang Province in 2015.The population mobility scale and population mobility intensity were used to characterize the population mobility of Heilongjiang Province.And then the macro trend analysis,spatial variation function,rank-size rule,rank correlation analysis and other methods were used to explore the spatial coupling characteristics and quantitative coupling law between the resources and environment carrying capacity and population mobility.It is found as follows.1)Policy factors play an important role in the evaluation of resources and environment carrying capacity,and the effect of pressure-bearing factors is stronger than that of the pressure-exerting subsystem on the whole.2)Heilongjiang Province is facing a certain degree of overload pressure.The high-value area with obvious development potential has not existed yet.The Harbin municipal area is a typical high-value overloaded area.3)Except for Nehe City,the densely populated areas are mainly concentrated in municipal districts.In the geographical division of population mobility intensity,the proportion of balanced active area is the highest and the proportion of the inactive area is the lowest.In addition,the net-outflow active areas are located in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province.4)The resources and environment carrying capacity has a significant positive correlation with the population mobility scale and the number of inflow population,but has no obvious correlation with the population mobility intensity,and the spatial resonance effect with the net migration rate of population is the most significant.
