摘　　要：水质分析仪pH酸碱度、ORP氧化还原电势,在酒钢工业废水处理排放指标数据检测中起到至关重要的作用。其准确有效的检测结果既保证了工业废水达标排放,也有效降低了废水处理成本。该文主要研究了提高工业废水水质分析仪测量准确性,对分析仪在现场应用中存在的问题进行剖析,提出了一系列行之有效的改进措施。The pH acid reduction ORP redox potential of water quality analyzer plays an important role in the detection of discharge index data of industrial wastewater treatment of Guanjiu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the accurate and effective detection results ensure that the industrial mark water reaches the discharge standard,and reduce production costs.This paper mainly studies how to improve the mea-surement accuracy of the water quality analyzer for industrial wastewater,and analyzes the problems existing in the field application of the analyzer,and puts forward a series of effective improvement measures.
