摘  要:基于TG-FTIR研究了在N 2气氛下水泥生料的热分解过程。根据不同升温速率下水泥生料热重试验的TG-DTG曲线得出,随着升温速率的增加,水泥生料的热分解反应发生在更高的温度区间,并且缩短了其分解所需时间。结合不同的动力学分析方法求得水泥生料在N 2气氛下热分解的活化能E=156.102 kJ·mol-1,指前因子A=3.91×106 min-1,确定了水泥生料热分解反应机理模型为三维相界面反应模型R3。通过FTIR分析可知,在800~863℃温度区间有大量的SO 2产生。The thermal decomposition process of cement raw meal under N 2 atmosphere with linear temperature was studied by TG-FTIR method.According to the TG-DTG curves of thermogravimetric experiments at different heating rates,it is concluded that with the increase of heating rate,thermal decomposition of cement raw meal occurs at higher temperature ranges,and the time required for decomposition is shortened.The activation energy(E)and pre-exponential factor(A)are calculated by combining with different kinetic analysis methods,which are 156.102 kJ·mol-1 and 3.91×106 min-1,respectively.The pyrolysis mechanism of cement raw meal is determined,showing a three-dimensional phase boundary reaction(R3).It is concluded that a large amount of SO 2 is generated in the temperature range of 800-863℃by FTIR.
