摘 要:受制于建筑物拆除方式,缺乏专业分拣装备、人工分拣成本高等综合因素影响,当前建筑垃圾处置模式主要以混合破碎再生为主,导致再生骨料性能波动较大,再生产品质量难以控制。为解决砖混建筑垃圾混合再生骨料推广应用面临的难题,本文在经济适用原则下,以市场主流工业生产线生产的混合再生骨料为研究对象,系统研究了不同级配不同比例下的砖混再生骨料的堆积密度、表观密度、吸水率和压碎值等基本性能指标。结果表明,随着砖再生骨料占比的增加,混合再生骨料的基本性能呈现出逐渐恶化的总体趋势。与国标中相应技术指标综合对比分析,尽管混合再生骨料达不到Ⅰ类再生粗骨料的要求,但随着砖再生骨料占比的变化仍能满足Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类再生粗骨料的要求。该研究实现了类似于pH试纸测试酸碱度般便捷高效评价混合再生骨料质量的预期目标,为建筑垃圾再生骨料低成本规模化应用奠定了较好的技术基础。The disposal mode of construction waste currently is mainly mixed crushing and regeneration subject to the comprehensive influences of building demolition mode,lack of professional sorting equipment,labor cost and other factors.As a result,the performance of recycled aggregate fluctuates greatly,and the quality of recycled products is difficult to control.In order to solve the problems faced by the promotion and application of the mixed recycled aggregates of brick-concrete construction waste,this article takes the mixed recycled aggregates produced by the mainstream industrial production line in the market as the research object.The basic performance indicators of recycled aggregates with different proportions and different grading were studied systematically,such as bulk density,apparent density,water absorption and crushing value,under the principle of economic application.The results show that the basic performance of the mixed recycled aggregate is worsened as the proportion of brick recycled aggregates increasing.Comprehensive comparison and analysis with the corresponding technical indicators in the national standard,although the mixed recycled aggregate can not meet the requirements of classⅠrecycled coarse aggregate,it can still meet the requirements of classⅡor classⅢrecycled coarse aggregate with the change in the proportion of brick recycled aggregate.This study achieves the expected goal of evaluating the quality of recycled aggregate in a convenient and efficient way similar to pH test paper,which lays a good technical foundation for the low-cost and large-scale application of recycled aggregate with construction waste.
