摘 要:针对污泥水分和热值的差别,以水泥窑协同处置污泥系统为对象,通过质量和能量衡算,建立了系统运行与污泥物理参数之间的关系式,分析了污泥含水率、热值和掺烧比对窑系统废气量、燃煤消耗、熟料产量的影响。研究表明:系统废气量恒定时,掺加污泥会减少熟料产量和燃煤消耗,且随着污泥含水率和掺烧比的增加,熟料减产率和燃煤减少率增大,提出了熟料减产率可接受限值为20%时的污泥掺烧条件;生料投料量恒定时,熟料增产率随着掺烧比的增大而线性增大;生料投料量或熟料产量恒定时,燃煤增加率随着污泥含水率的增大而增大,随着污泥干基掺烧比的增大而减小,确定燃煤增加率可接受限值为5%时的污泥掺烧条件;熟料量恒定时,废气量随着污泥含水率和干基掺烧比的增加而增大,并确定熟料废气量增加率可接受限值为10%时的污泥掺烧条件。For the difference of sludge moisture and calorific value,the relational expressions between system operating parameters of system and physical property of sludge were obtained from energy and mass balance for system of co-processing sludge with cement kiln.Effects of sludge water content,calorific value and mixing proportion on waste gas volume,coal consumption and clinker output were analyzed.The results show that clinker production and coal consumption are cut down,and the rate of clinker reduction and coal reduction increases with the increase of water content of sludge and mixing proportion,the sludge blending conditions are determined with 20%acceptable limits of clinker reduction rate when the system waste gas volume is constant.Clinker growth rate increases by linear with the increase of mixing proportion.Coal increasing rate raises with the increase of water content of sludge and decreases with the increasing of mixing proportion,and the sludge blending conditions are determined with 5%acceptable limits of coal increasing rate under the constant crude material quantity or clinker output.The waste gas volume increases with the increase of water content of sludge and mixing proportion,and the sludge blending conditions are determined with 10%acceptable limits of the waste gas volume when the clinker output is constant.
