矿井盐泥的基本特性及其制备蒸养砖的研究

摘　　要：为实现矿井盐泥的资源化,对矿井盐泥的基本特性及制备蒸养砖进行研究。利用XRF、DSC-TG、SEM、XRD等分析测试技术对矿井盐泥的化学成分、矿物组成、颗粒形貌等基本特性进行了研究。结果表明,矿井盐泥的主要化学成分为CaO、SO 3、Na 2O、MgO,主要物相组成为CaSO 4·2H 2O、CaCO 3、NaCl。以矿井盐泥为原料,采用压制成型的方法制备蒸养砖,矿井盐泥的用量达到40wt%,制备的蒸养砖强度达到MU20等级。For effective utilization of the mine salt mud,the basic characteristics of the mine salt mud and the preparation of autoclaved brick were studied.The chemical composition,mineral composition,morphology were investigated using XRF,XRD,DSC-TG and SEM.The results show that the mine salt mud mainly consists of CaSO 4·2H 2O,CaCO 3 and NaCl.The autoclaved brick is produced via pressure molding method,and the mine salt mud is used as starting materials.The total amount the main chemical composition of salt mud is CaO、SO 3、Na 2O、MgO of mine salt mud is up to 40wt%and the strength of autoclaved brick reaches grade MU20.
