摘 要:随着氧化铝工业的发展,赤泥的排放量及储量逐年增长,对其进行资源化利用的研究越来越迫切。而碱性、重金属毒性和放射性等环境安全性指标备受关注,甚至限制了其在诸多领域的推广应用。通过研究赤泥及其烧结制品中Cd、Cr、As、Hg、Ba、Pb等重金属元素在去离子水中的溶出含量,探究了Y-粘土掺量、烧结温度对其重金属溶出以及长期浸泡下重金属累计溶出含量的影响。结果显示,添加30%Y-粘土的赤泥样品经过1150℃烧结,重金属溶出含量达到最低,并且其浸泡270 d后的浸取液重金属溶出含量仍然符合国家地表水质量标准中Ⅲ类水质的规定。With the development of alumina industry,the discharge and reserve of red mud increase year by year,so it is more and more urgent to study the resource utilization of red mud.Alkalinity,heavy metal toxicity and radioactivity restrict its comprehensive utilization in many fields,which have attracted much attention.The dissolution content of Cd,Cr,As,Hg,Ba and Pb in red mud in neutral water were studied.At the same time,the effects of Y-clay content and sintering temperature on the dissolution of heavy metals and the cumulative dissolution content of heavy metals under long term immersion were investigated.The results show that the dissolution content of heavy metals in red mud samples with 30%Y-clay at 1150℃is the lowest.And the dissolution content of heavy metals in leaching solution after 270 d of immersion still conforms to the national standards ofⅢtype of water quality for surface water.
