摘 要:以微米级硅酸钙/β-磷酸三钙粉体、光敏树脂、分散剂和光引发剂为原料,制备了固相含量达55vol%的陶瓷浆料,探索了分散剂添加量对陶瓷浆料粘度的作用效果,研究了硅酸钙/β-磷酸三钙陶瓷生坯的脱脂烧结工艺,研究了烧结温度对陶瓷综合性能的影响。结果显示,在1100℃下烧结可制得开气孔率33.51%、弯曲强度26.97 MPa、体积密度2.01 g·cm-3的具有微米级和亚微米级微孔结构的硅酸钙/β-磷酸三钙生物陶瓷。The ceramic slurry with 55vol%solid phase content was prepared with micron calcium silicate/β-tricalcium phosphate powder,photosensitive resin,dispersant and photoinitiator.The effect of the amount of dispersant on the viscosity of ceramic slurry was studied.The debinding and sintering processes of calcium silicate/β-tricalcium phosphate ceramic green body were explored.The influence of sintering temperature on the properties of ceramics was studied.The results show that the calcium silicate/β-tricalcium phosphate bioceramics with micron and submicron microporous structures are prepared by sintering at 1100℃,and the open porosity is 33.51%,cumulative density is 2.01 g·cm-3,bending strength is 26.97 MPa.
